We design our programs to respond to the needs of our community.

We work across legal services, social work support, community partnerships and targeted outreach to improve access to justice.

Sporting Change

We work with schools in the southeast to help young people understand their rights and responsibilities, as well as access legal help.

Mothers Legal Help

Our lawyers are embedded in maternal health clinics to provide mums with legal help in a private and confidential setting.

Legal help for victims of crime

We help victim-survivors of sexual assault and family violence navigate the justice system with integrated legal and social work support.

Justice Q

We provide free and affirming legal help for LGBTQIA+ people, delivered by LGBTQIA+ lawyers.

Safe Landing

We support women across Victoria who are experiencing family violence and living on temporary visas or with uncertain visa status.

Court and duty lawyer programs

We provide help to people through duty lawyer programs in courts, ensuring more people have the support they need when navigating the justice system.

Supported Connected Integrated Programs (SCIP)

Supported Connected Integrated Programs (SCIP) connects clients with lawyers, social workers and community services to provide holistic support and improve access to justice.

Working Women’s Centre Victoria

South-East Monash Legal Service has partnered with three community legal centres to deliver the Working Women’s Centre Victoria program, providing free legal assistance to working women and non-binary people across the state.

Advocacy Against Sexual Harassment

We help Victorian workers on low incomes, or who are facing disadvantage, to navigate complex matters like sexual harassment and discrimination.
