Drawing on more than 25 years of experience supporting victim-survivors through its Integrated Services for Survivor Advocacy program, South East Monash Legal Service contributed practical insights into the design of trauma-informed legal services.
The submission champions a multidisciplinary “one-stop-shop” model that combines legal assistance with social work, financial counselling and other support services, helping victim-survivors navigate complex legal systems while receiving holistic, person-centred care.
