Partnering with Westjustice, South East Monash Legal Service contributed to the Victorian Government’s review of workplace sexual harassment, drawing on its experience supporting vulnerable workers, including migrants, refugees, international students and people facing multiple forms of disadvantage.
The submission advocates for stronger employer accountability, expanded access to free legal assistance, trauma-informed reporting pathways, and greater investment in education and prevention to help create safer and more equitable workplaces.
