Drawing on its experience assisting workers experiencing discrimination, workplace exploitation and sexual harassment, South East Monash Legal Service contributed to the Australian Human Rights Commission’s National Inquiry into Sexual Harassment in Australian Workplaces.
The submission highlights the barriers faced by culturally and linguistically diverse communities and other vulnerable workers, while advocating for stronger workplace cultures, regular education and training, improved complaint processes, and better support for people reporting harassment
