In this joint submission to the Fair Work Commission, South East Monash Legal Service, WEstjustice and JobWatch called for stronger workplace protections, more predictable rostering, improved leave arrangements, fairer wages in care industries, and workplace reforms that better support people to participate in both work and care without financial disadvantage
