澳大利亚人权委员会对《国家反种族主义框架》的调查

Building a community where everyone feels safe, respected and included requires more than responding to individual incidents of racism. In its submission to the Australian Human Rights Commission, South East Monash Legal Service called for a National Anti-Racism Framework that acknowledges the complex and intersectional nature of racism, strengthens community understanding of its impacts, and is backed by meaningful action, accountability and long-term investment.

Drawing on the experiences of culturally diverse communities across Melbourne’s south-east, the submission emphasises the importance of ensuring that people affected by racism can access effective support, protection and pathways to justice.
