South East Monash Legal Service made a submission to the Victorian Inquiry into Drug Law Reform, drawing on our experience supporting people affected by drug laws and related infringements. The submission advocates for a human rights-based approach to reform, including changes to drug driving laws, infringement processes, drug courts and the decriminalisation of personal drug use, with a focus on improving access to justice and reducing harm for vulnerable members of the community
